- understand genomic events during spermatogenesis, with Drs. Sue Hammoud and Agnieszka Lukaszewicz
- reveal the true nature of transgene insertions, with Dr. Zach Freeman
- develop novel genomic technologies for accurate single-molecule SV detection genome-wide
